More Clean Water to Burma

Todd and John's estimated return trip to Burma is July 15-30. They will be brining 20 complete units. They are also hopeful that Don, a board member, will join them as well. Don is well versed in international relief with water and food and would be an asset on their trip to Asia.

God has opened the door and John, Mary and the others who have sowed countless hours into this ministry are responding! Please pray for continual ease with scheduling and for plans to be made as communication between the team here in the USA and the team in Burma remains few and far between due to the conditions in that area. Pray for quick and efficient communication during the opportunities that they actually have to talk. Also funding is still needed to send what the government of Burma has requested. Also there has been a recent article published in The Hawk Eye about Todd Baldridge's first and very successful trip to Bancock, Thailand to deliver 20 water units to Burma's hard hit Irrawaddy Delta and his meeting with General Keen.

Water for the World

I just received the good news that 20 water units are now in Burma! Thanks to Todd and Cole Baldridge who volunteered their time to personally bring them there and help train people to use them.

Also, The Red Cross is now interested in having the water units be distributed in China! They asked John how many he can provide because they want as many as possible. There is still money that needs to be raised for this project and units that still need to be made. John said it best when he said "If you can dream it, I will match it".

This will open the door to many more volunteer opportunities for local churches and groups to come and build these lifesaving units. If your church or ministry is looking for a way to touch the world and do missions work, this is a need that will directly affect lives. I know when I was younger we had "lock ins" we played games, ate a lot of food and stayed up as late as possible....what if just one youth group could commit to having their "lock in" at the International Water Headquarters and make units, play games, and eat a lot all night long? One night would literally save thousands of lives around the world.

This week there was also a unit sent to South Africa! Everyday there is a unit going out somewhere!
